About the role
- Work alongside Service Delivery leadership on revenue cycle delivery for large care organizations
- Partner with the Customer Operations team and R1 functional teams to deliver superior results
- Contribute as a thought leader to improve the R1 RCM solution and inform strategy
- Build and maintain high-touch relationships with client counterparts and leadership; act as liaison between operations and client leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing team
- Handle claims related to increased Accounts Receivable (AR) and backend revenue cycle issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Manage and resolve client requests and issues; work collaboratively across departments
- Utilize Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and process improvements
Requirements
- Competent to proficient with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel; expert preferred
- Strong time management skills
