About the role

  • Objective: bring new business to BambooHR by educating prospects on the BambooHR people intelligence platform and converting them to clients
  • Build relationships with HR professionals, department leaders, and executives to demonstrate ROI
  • Follow a proven B2B SaaS sales process within a unique sales culture
  • Daily responsibilities: maintain large pipeline coverage and be responsible for entire pipeline
  • Receive extensive and specialized SE and Product Marketing support
  • Contact white-paper leads
  • No travel required; sales conducted via web conference and phone

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SaaS SDR or other related Sales experience (SaaS sales experience is a plus)
  • International Sales experience preferred
  • Track record of exceeding expectations
  • Desire to have a successful career in sales
  • Ability to articulate value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Great attitude, self-motivated, and a passion for growth
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Balance of team player and competitive edge
