About the role
- Interact daily with Customer Operations and Central Operations teams
- Leverage revenue cycle expertise to identify opportunities to minimize defects and improve process outcomes
- Produce customer-ready deliverables and exercise judgement when solving problems
- Leverage data analysis to identify process improvements and present findings to customers
- Support high touch relationship with client counterparts and leadership
- Build and mentor high performing team and liaise between internal operations and client teams
- Communicate metric performance and drivers/risks/barriers to drive action plans
- Execute R1 strategy and lead analytics required to communicate client performance
- Partner with R1 functional leaders on operational decisions
- Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Revenue Cycle experience or professional experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
- Business Analyst, Shared Services and/or Operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Power BI and SQL queries/knowledge
- Attention to detail, organized, basic data analysis skills
