About the role
- Work alongside Service Delivery leadership and team members on revenue cycle delivery for large care organizations
- Partner with Customer Operations and R1 functional teams to deliver superior results
- Contribute as a thought leader to improve the R1 RCM solution and inform strategy
- Support high-touch client relationships and mentor a high-performing team
- Liaison between internal operations and client teams
- Address and resolve client inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct high-level inventory analysis to support operational efficiency
- Perform reporting duties and data analysis, focusing on claims and patient accounts
- Work closely with Senior Manager and Director to align strategies and deliverables
- Manage backend revenue cycle processes, particularly hospital billing
- Utilize PowerBI for data visualization and demonstrate proficiency in Excel for detailed analysis
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Must be competent to proficient with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel; expert preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Strong self-organization skills
- Self-Motivated
- Base-level understanding of revenue cycle metrics and data; competent to proficient preferred
- Technically proficient with ever increasing technology.
