About the role
- Act as technical bridge between Quantum Machines solutions and customers, guiding implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization
- Lead deployment of QM solutions and ensure seamless integration into various quantum computing infrastructures
- Own and drive technical relationships with designated strategic partners, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Lead technical implementations for multiple customer accounts in the region and serve as dedicated Success Manager for strategic partners
- Design and implement automated calibration tools and frameworks to streamline quantum computing workflows (for specialized accounts)
- Collaborate closely with R&D to refine hardware and software offerings based on customer needs and experimental insights
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and best practices to empower customers
- Work closely with customers to achieve their quantum computing research objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Master/PhD in quantum physics
- 4+ years of Experimental quantum information science, computing, or related quantum physics fields
- Proficiency in Python and demonstrable software development skills
- Track record of developing scalable technical solutions (particularly in automated calibration or advanced lab automation)
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in the local language for regional roles (e.g., Japanese for Japan)
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements
