About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related queries and needs
  • Ensure the office is organized, well-stocked, and operating smoothly
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and cleaning services
  • Plan and support company-wide events, team lunches, and off-sites
  • Prepare onboarding materials and desk setups for new hires
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including travel bookings, scheduling, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve office operations, workflows, and overall employee experience
  • Support the HR team with tasks such as maintaining employee records, surveys, and data entry
  • Proactively take ownership of initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative office environment
  • Work in a hybrid setup (three days in office) to support a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and organized mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong internal relationships
  • Comfort managing competing priorities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Eagerness to identify opportunities to improve processes and add value
  • Enthusiasm for learning and taking ownership of diverse operational tasks
  • Availability to work part-time hours and be in office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 AM – 4 PM
  • Bonus: Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, HR, or a related field
