About the role
- Enter data into Workday Learning;
- Maintain contact with internal administrators to ensure information about available training courses is communicated;
- Contribute, as needed, to the organization of training sessions at the Montreal station;
- Produce reports based on training program evaluations;
- Create and maintain information about training programs on Google Drive and Livelink.
Requirements
- High school or college diploma;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Proficiency with technology - Google Suite, Microsoft Office;
- Desire to learn and continuously improve;
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written;
- Experience organizing training activities an asset;
- Knowledge of Workday Learning an asset.
