About the role
- Support the Regional Vice-President (RVP) in day-to-day operations
- Organizing and managing correspondence, diary, reports, and market desk
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the market office
- Coordinate and administer all market requirements
- Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the RVP
- Act as the RVP's delegate for email and voicemail during absences
- Prepare material needed for daily schedules and meeting bookings
- Develop communications, meeting materials, forms, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other record-keeping databases
Requirements
- Three years of relevant experience
- Proficient in software such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Fluency in written communication
- Take initiative and be autonomous
- Knows how to set priorities
- Rigor professionalism
