About the role

  • Support the Regional Vice-President (RVP) in day-to-day operations
  • Organizing and managing correspondence, diary, reports, and market desk
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the market office
  • Coordinate and administer all market requirements
  • Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the RVP
  • Act as the RVP's delegate for email and voicemail during absences
  • Prepare material needed for daily schedules and meeting bookings
  • Develop communications, meeting materials, forms, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other record-keeping databases

Requirements

  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in software such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Fluency in written communication
  • Take initiative and be autonomous
  • Knows how to set priorities
  • Rigor professionalism
