About the role
- Monitor the general company inbox, respond to inquiries when possible, and forward emails to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Answer inbound calls from current customers, provide excellent support, and log necessary follow-up actions.
- Use the company’s CRM to assign and track follow-up tasks for colleagues and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct a daily review of monitoring software, identify important alerts or issues, and create tasks or notifications for colleagues to address.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant (remote experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and maintain a courteous, solution-oriented tone.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
