About the role
- Lead a team of 6-8 Goods & Services Enterprise Account Executives
- Coach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development
- Recruit, retain, and nurture experienced sales professionals
- Provide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions, including collaboration with legal and internal teams
- Interface and develop professional relationships with clients and prospects at all organizational levels
- Handle meaningful contract negotiations and serve as executive sponsor during enterprise-level deals
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings
- Maintain real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to inform proposals and pricing
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts to secure large enterprise engagements
- Perform quarterly sales forecasting and manage multiple relationships across internal teams
Requirements
- A validated winner that has led teams to breakthrough results
- Experience over-exceeding quarterly team quotas through metric-based skill development
- Experience working on complex contract negotiations
- At least two years managing an enterprise-level sales team
- At least 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience
- Experience using MEDDIC sales processes
- Experience using Salesforce.com and measuring system compliance
- Strong track record of exceeding quota
- Ability to acquire new clients
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to sell a complex platform (Qualtrics Experience Management platform) to large, strategic accounts
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required
