About the role
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline
- Balance automation with personalized outreach using tools like Apollo, Outreach, and Salesloft
- Conduct structured discovery calls and deliver presentations to assess fit and engage decision makers
- Close business over the phone and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Move prospects quickly through the sales pipeline and register new training participants from net-new accounts
- Keep Salesforce updated in real time with accurate lead statuses, follow-ups, and meeting notes
- Collaborate with peers, marketing, and leadership; apply feedback and use tools like Gong to refine messaging
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
- Resilience, persistence, and adaptability in the face of challenges
- Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and customer orientation
- Highly organized, accountable, and disciplined in following process
