About the role

  • Prospect and research target accounts, focusing on general contractors in the construction industry.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video).
  • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to uncover needs, pain points, and alignment with Bridgit’s ideal customer profile.
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks like BANT, ensuring leads are sales-ready.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for assigned Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and opportunity records in Salesforce.
  • Use Outreach, Apollo, and other RevOps tools to execute and continuously refine prospecting sequences.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, meeting weekly to align on strategy and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Share insights with the broader sales team to improve messaging and go-to-market strategy.
  • Generate pipeline by identifying and qualifying new opportunities; create meaningful connections that turn into sales conversations and customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a SaaS environment, with consistent quota attainment.
  • Demonstrated success driving high activity levels while personalizing outreach.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Apollo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly connect and build rapport.
  • A track record of creating pipeline that translates into closed business.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hunter mentality; results-driven, adaptable, coachable, energetic, resilient, and a team player.
