About the role
- Identify pockets of opportunity within our ICP and find creative ways to tap into them.
- Source qualified leads via outbound prospecting.
- Leverage your deep understanding of marketing and software sales to help marketers understand the value of conversational marketing.
- Manage your quota and help us beat our company-level growth target.
- Maintain a tight feedback loop with our marketing and product teams to share insights from your conversations that will help us improve our positioning and product.
- Set the pace as a leader amongst the team and help us scale.
Requirements
- A minimum 3+ years experience as an AE at a software or marketing technology startup and minimum 1 year experience prospecting as an SDR/BDR.
- A proven track record of independently closing deals, selling to marketers, and exceeding sales goals at a high-growth startup.
- Deep understanding of marketing, marketing technology, and B2B software sales.
- A problem-solver mindset: Challenges or ambiguity will not slow you down, you leverage technology to create efficiencies, and you can get more done with less.
- Bonus points if you have a strong proficiency using Hubspot and Apollo.
