About the role

  • Meet qualified leads and own pitching to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with logistics companies and clearly communicate the value of Expedock’s fully managed staffing solutions.
  • Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions that address their operational needs.
  • Partner closely with Operations to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding.
  • Continuously refine and improve your pitch and presentation to maximize close rates.
  • Drive part of your own pipeline through outbound and networking efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to adapt conversations based on customer needs
  • Strong written communication and handoff skills from BD to Ops
  • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights across multiple deals
  • High discipline in CRM data capture, note-taking, and pipeline management
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Seed to Series C startup as an AE, BD, or Sales role
