About the role
- Meet qualified leads and own pitching to closing.
- Build strong relationships with logistics companies and clearly communicate the value of Expedock’s fully managed staffing solutions.
- Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions that address their operational needs.
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding.
- Continuously refine and improve your pitch and presentation to maximize close rates.
- Drive part of your own pipeline through outbound and networking efforts.
Requirements
- Proven ability to adapt conversations based on customer needs
- Strong written communication and handoff skills from BD to Ops
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights across multiple deals
- High discipline in CRM data capture, note-taking, and pipeline management
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Seed to Series C startup as an AE, BD, or Sales role
