About the role

  • Drive high-volume, multi-channel outreach to U.S. physicians, ENT specialists, healthcare providers, and medical equipment distributors
  • Execute daily outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Research and identify new prescriber targets and find doctors in given health systems
  • Personalize communications to maximize engagement and response rates
  • Log all outreach activity and status updates in Salesforce and Halo
  • Monitor assigned accounts for new prescription activity and follow up with providers
  • Ensure consistent, multi-touch engagement with new and existing prescribers
  • Manage relationships with B2B equipment distributors for bulk orders and discounts
  • Collaborate with partners (Jose and Forrest) to source new leads and escalate complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and outcomes in Salesforce
  • Flag unresponsive or rejecting providers for escalation
  • Submit weekly activity and progress reports to management
  • Report directly to partners and aim to onboard doctors, secure prescriber meetings, and learn tools within first 30 days

Requirements

  • 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a similar SDR/account management role
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with U.S. healthcare professionals
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools (Apollo, Halo, LinkedIn, email platforms)
  • Ability to work U.S. EST business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
  • Previous experience selling medical devices or working with physicians/ENT specialists (nice-to-have)
  • Background in B2B sales to healthcare distributors or equipment vendors (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance in provider outreach (nice-to-have)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outreach/appointment-setting KPIs (nice-to-have)
