About the role
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing automation and operational excellence initiatives using Salesforce and Marketo
- Drive the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of high-performing B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Scale the demand generation engine and optimize marketing systems and processes to support sales-driven and PLG motions
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to enhance alignment and streamline workflows
- Partner with Sales Operations to architect and implement an ABM-driven marketing infrastructure
- Drive the vision and strategy for the growth and evolution of the marketing technology stack
- Lead data-driven insights and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize ROI
- Continuously evaluate marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, championing innovation and transformation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations in a tech-focused B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Intent, ABM, and Enrichment technologies
- Experience with enterprise/PLG operations and advanced marketing technologies
- Team leadership experience
- Strong project management skills managing complex, global marketing projects
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across geographies
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
