About the role
- Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers for clients using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more
- Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for tech and cybersecurity clients in the US and Canada
- Pitch and qualify prospects, engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with Account Management team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies
- Use tech stack to track activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and report results accurately
- Share ideas, feedback, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency and/or cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success in outbound lead generation and cold calling
- Strong understanding of US and Canadian markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to engage and persuade senior executives over the phone and across digital channels
- Results-driven, ambitious, and motivated by clear targets
- A fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment
