About the role

  • Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential accounts for the Enterprise Sales team
  • Own outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and demos with CISOs, security architects, and IT decision-makers
  • Drive outbound campaigns and shape the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with AE team to develop strategic account plans and prospecting strategies
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and Outreach to manage outreach and pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and event engagement into qualified pipeline
  • Research target accounts, identify personas, and tailor messaging for personalization and relevance
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline created)

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an outbound SDR, BDR, or similar sales role (cybersecurity or SaaS experience is a big plus)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to break into enterprise accounts using a strategic, multi-threaded approach
  • Curious, coachable, hungry to learn, and not afraid of rejection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of how to position technology to solve business problems (bonus if familiar with common cybersecurity challenges)
  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
