• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, owning creator briefing, negotiation, content review, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting across your client portfolio
• Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact, running status calls, preparing QBRs, and ensuring clients always know where their campaigns stand
• Own account health across your portfolio, tracking scope, flagging over and under-servicing early, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery on your accounts
• Understand data and analytics and can produce actionable insights and trend reporting in presentation formats

• You act as a senior client partner, steering projects from briefing to delivery, proactively shaping agendas and challenging briefs that don't align with platform or audience reality
• You track, synthesise, and present performance data, translating complex analytics into sharp client-ready insights and actionable recommendations
• You mentor junior and mid-level team members and contribute to pitches and new business proposals, bringing your platform expertise to grow both the team and the account base
