Social Media Manager

• Lead the development of bold, insight-driven social media, influencer, and paid social strategies for a diverse portfolio of global clients
• Own brand, digital, and social media strategies from initial insight through to client presentation and execution handover
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner, consulting clients across social media, influencer marketing, creative, and integrated communications
• Conduct audience, brand, and competitor analyses using social listening, audience segmentation, and trend analysis tools
• Develop creator, influencer, and UGC strategies across a wide range of industries including FMCG, retail, automotive, luxury, and technology
• Contribute to pitch and new business processes bringing strategic rigour, quick creative thinking, and a confident point of view
• Collaborate closely with Client Services, Paid Media, and Data teams to ensure strategies are coherent, executable, and effective across all markets

• You independently manage medium scale and medium complexity social media campaigns for our clients, develop creative ideas and bring them to life
• You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
• You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams
• You analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making

• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, owning creator briefing, negotiation, content review, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting across your client portfolio
• Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact, running status calls, preparing QBRs, and ensuring clients always know where their campaigns stand
• Own account health across your portfolio, tracking scope, flagging over and under-servicing early, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery on your accounts
• Understand data and analytics and can produce actionable insights and trend reporting in presentation formats
• Willing and able to join in-person client photo and video shoots and support with organizational production needs
