About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You independently manage medium scale and medium complexity social media campaigns for our clients, develop creative ideas and bring them to life
  • You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
  • You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams
  • You analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making
  • You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing
  • You are data-driven and confident with budget responsibility- CPM, ROI and KPIs are second nature to you, and numbers are something you genuinely enjoy working with
  • You have a solid understanding of AI, its opportunities and its challenges, and actively think about how it's shaping the industry
  • You love both project management and emotional storytelling
  • You are a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality
  • You approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team
  • You are fluent in German and English.
