About the role
- Responsible for the service line performance standards
- Manage service line daily operations and day-to-day back office clinical operations of the site or service lines
- Manage staff coverage and coordinate care within the back office team to facilitate the provider/patient interaction
- Responsible for meeting performance expectations in the areas of quality care, service excellence, access, and resource utilization in area of responsibility, which includes multiple service lines within the clinic site
- Span of supervision may include more than one clinic site where service line is located
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or Health Services
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Progressive supervisory experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree
