About the role
- Senior Claims Manager - Employment Practice Liability (EPL) responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with employment practices
- Handle EPL claims including investigation and resolution up to and including trial
- Provide insight to business partners, including HR, regarding avoidance and mitigation of EPL
- Work within Providence Shared Services supporting health care organizations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 or more years Employment law, risk management or insurance related to employment practices
- Preferred: Master's Degree
- Preferred: J.D.
