About the role
- Strategic HR leadership and alignment with India HR team and global HR leaders
- Support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Design and execute global people initiatives including talent management, workforce planning, DEI and succession planning
- Support performance management cycles, career pathing, succession planning, and development programs
- Identify skill gaps and drive learning and development programs
- Coach people managers on leadership and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and oversee Workday records and reporting
- Lead benefits administration and leave programs coordination with Jabil
- Generate HR dashboards and analytics using Workday
- Serve as trusted advisor for employee relations, mediate conflicts, and support DEI, well-being, and recognition programs
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and employee relations in a professional services firm
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast growing company with evolving needs and a vision for scalability
- Desire to think outside the box and have a knack for process improvements
- Empathy for our team with excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with SharePoint file sharing rules, permissions, logical structure
- Experience using Workday for employee data in accordance with company guidelines
- Strong excel skills to analyze data
