About the role
- Partner with senior executives to develop HR strategies that promote success through engaged and supported employees
- Lead HR projects to improve employee experience and results; provide leadership to a small team of HRBPs
- Support organizational design plans, reorganizations, restructures, and integrations with transparency and empathy
- Develop and implement workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Advise on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and equitable resolutions
- Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and inform strategies
- Partner with compensation and legal teams to uphold equitable pay practices and ensure compliance
- Promote DEI and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience—including employee relations, labor law, performance management, L&D, organizational development, and compensation/benefits
- At least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools (SNHU is a Workday partner)
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace
- Must reside in one of the approved states listed by SNHU
