About the role

  • Partner with senior executives to develop HR strategies that promote success through engaged and supported employees
  • Lead HR projects to improve employee experience and results; provide leadership to a small team of HRBPs
  • Support organizational design plans, reorganizations, restructures, and integrations with transparency and empathy
  • Develop and implement workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and equitable resolutions
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and inform strategies
  • Partner with compensation and legal teams to uphold equitable pay practices and ensure compliance
  • Promote DEI and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience—including employee relations, labor law, performance management, L&D, organizational development, and compensation/benefits
  • At least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools (SNHU is a Workday partner)
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace
  • Must reside in one of the approved states listed by SNHU
