Collections

• Responsible for reviewing all account holds placed under the regulation for Delayed Funds Availability.
• Pull the daily reports of the holds placed for the prior business day.
• Review each hold to make sure the hold is placed within the regulatory guidelines.
• Make corrections if needed, including contacting the banking center to verify or discuss any changes.
• Prepare a Notice of Delayed Availability if an exception hold was placed, and prepare these letters to be mailed same day.
• Perform secondary reviews when needed.
• Monitor the Support-Reg CC email box and assist banking centers via telephone with any questions regarding holds.
• Maintain the monthly spreadsheet of each day's holds and holds with errors.

• Aid Prosperity Bank associates regarding benefit-related questions or concerns via phone, email and in-person as needed

• Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS system
• Advise associates of the details of the company’s benefits programs and notify them of any plan changes
