User Administrator III
Prosperity BankUser Administration III at Prosperity Bank responsible for managing application accounts and providing technical support. Requires 4+ years experience in a technical environment and teamwork capabilities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for creating and disabling application accounts used within the Bank.
- Responsible for receiving, logging, dispatching User Administration tickets throughout the day.
- Monitor the User Administration inbox to ensure service requests are dispatched timely.
- Ensure on-boarding and off-boarding service requests are completed within defined SLA’s.
- Ensure job function change requests are completed within defined SLA’s.
- Complete password resets and application troubleshooting when required.
- Complete daily departmental duties as assigned in a timely and professional manner in accordance with the IT Department standards.
- Provide training to new team members as needed.
- Participate in task transfer training opportunities with other IT teams.
- Provide technical support via remote control tools or phone.
- Document new procedures and update existing knowledge articles.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- 4+ years of experience working in a technical environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 Suite and Active Directory.
- Experience with Service Management system, RemedyForce.
- ITIL familiarity is a plus.
