💰 CA$130,000 - CA$150,000 per year
About the role
- Define and deliver value for members at every stage (novice to advanced)
- Build pathways for contributors and ambassadors, fostering recognition and belonging
- Transform member feedback into actionable insights for content, product, and experience improvements
- Launch and curate programming: forums, AMAs, show-your-work threads, clinics, cohorts, virtual/in-person events
- Create and share practical resources such as templates, checklists, and case studies
- Serve as visible host for webinars, podcasts, and community posts
- Recruit and spotlight industry leaders and activate strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with Product to evolve the community platform (groups, events, notifications, analytics)
- Manage calendar and facilitator intake for 90-minute workshops and ensure high-quality sessions
- Use member demand and feedback to refine topics and cadence
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience across Change and Transformation
- Prosci Change Practitioner Certification
- Strong public presence (clear writer, confident facilitator)
- Data-literate and able to turn frameworks into practical how-tos
- Ability to set a compelling vision for community growth and engagement
- Creative problem-solving and willingness to experiment with new formats and technologies
- Deep commitment to member experience, empathy, and inclusive practices
- Demonstrated change leadership and ability to mobilize community members
- Skilled at building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders and partners
- Player-coach experience: creating and building teams and scalable systems
- Experience with crisis management, moderation, and conflict resolution
- Proficient with digital platforms, social media, and analytics tools
- Strong content strategy and storytelling skills
- Track record growing practitioner communities (onboarding, UGC, cohorts/events)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for conferences and company events
- Must be located in Canada (role is remote within Canada)
