About the role

  • Deliver innovative interior design projects from initial concept to construction
  • Lead internal and external teams and be the primary client contact
  • Be financially responsible for projects by adhering to budgets and workplans
  • Oversee development of contract documents
  • Provide construction services (site visits, review shop drawings, etc.)
  • Conduct local, county, state and federal project code searches and analysis
  • Mentor, train, and lead assigned team members
  • Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design projects
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field
  • Licensed Architect or in the licensure process required
  • AutoCAD and Revit skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
