About the role
- Establish our content studio: brand voice, visual identity, and creative formats
- Produce content yourself: writing, visuals, video editing, publishing
- Spot cultural moments and move quickly with smart, relevant creative
- Work side-by-side with Growth Marketing Manager to ensure content powers acquisition
- Own the content calendar: from flagship campaigns to fast cultural hits
- Test different formats (UGC, short-form video, etc.) and double down on winners
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners (vehicle manufacturers, energy companies, media like AutoTrader and TopGear)
- Shape brand identity and bring it to life across polished and scrappy content
Requirements
- 4+ years in content, brand, or social roles with measurable impact
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves—writing copy, editing video, and shipping posts yourself
- Strong cultural radar and creative instincts for making content people actually care about
- Confidence across mediums (writing, visual, video)
- Analytical enough to measure reach, engagement, and brand lift
- Excited to set the tone for Hypervolt’s brand, hands-on until growth demands extra help
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and partners
