About the role
- Own day-to-day project management for client accounts
- Build and maintain Asana boards (or equivalent) to manage creative and media workflows
- Coordinate tasks between content creators, editors, and media team
- Ensure deadlines are met and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Act as the main point of contact for a set of key client accounts
- Lead weekly client calls, share performance recaps, and handle inbound requests
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams
- Organize creative sprints and develop briefs based on client strategy
- Maintain visibility across multiple accounts and deliverables
- Create systems that help the team scale without sacrificing quality
- Manage the flow of assets between creators, editors, and clients
- Keep our internal asset library organized and easy to navigate
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in project or account management
- Background in marketing, preferably within a creative or paid social environment
- Confident leading client calls and managing expectations
- Comfortable and confident on video calls
- Strong understanding of paid social and creative production cycles
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple timelines
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Drive
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team
- Familiarity with UGC, paid social ad formats, and the DTC ecosystem
