About the role
- Cribl is a remote-first company and data engine for IT and Security trusted by many large customers.
Support daily operations of Product and Engineering teams by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing team communications, assisting with logistics for planning cycles, engineering all-hands, and team offsites.
Report to Head of Technical Program Management and work closely with senior leaders across engineering, product, and operations.
Coordinate recurring meetings, executive reviews, department sessions; draft and send internal updates; prepare materials and logistics for planning cycles; update process docs; coordinate events and offsites; support project trackers and action item follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in a tech or software development environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support a fast-moving team
May be required to occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time-zones.
