Drive and deliver partner-facing events such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Bootcamps and related skilling events.
Develop and execute demand generation plans and partner recruitment strategies; manage partner communications, invitations, RSVPs, and registration lifecycle.
Facilitate partner qualification, registration, and approval processes and report registration status to stakeholders.
Partner with Product Teams and Solution Architects to develop event content by product track; manage content schedules, templates, and presenter support.
Lead end-to-end event planning and project management, maintain detailed timelines, status reporting, and weekly cross-functional stand-ups.
Collaborate with FastTrack Team for pre-event operations including travel, venue, catering, and logistics; ensure seamless onsite operations during 3-day bootcamps.
Respond to and resolve real-time onsite issues; coordinate AV, room setup, catering, and partner communications.
Collect, analyze, and report post-event survey feedback; conduct internal debriefs and deliver post-event reports with participation metrics and recommendations.
Administer partner surveys and internal retrospectives to drive continuous program improvement and maintain partner satisfaction and program growth metrics.

Previous experience at Microsoft or with the Microsoft partner channel (preferred).
Background as a Partner or Customer Success Manager (preferred).
Experience in customer/stakeholder-facing relationship roles (preferred).
Prior event management experience is a strong plus (preferred).
Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio (preferred).
Comfortable working 3–4+ hours during Pacific Time business hours.
