We’re hiring a Senior Brand & Community Manager to take full ownership of Modo Casino’s organic brand presence. This is not just a social media role — it’s a cross-functional brand leadership position focused on growing and engaging our player community across social platforms, community touchpoints, and reputation channels (e.g., Trustpilot).
You will set the strategic direction and oversee execution across organic content, influencer/affiliate collaboration, player sentiment, and community engagement.
You’ll lead our existing team of exceptional executors, own analytics reporting, and collaborate with marketing, partnerships, product, and support.
This role is ideal for a creative and tactical operator who can drive strategy and jump into the weeds to make things happen.
Develop and lead a cohesive strategy for social media, community management, and brand reputation that aligns with growth, engagement, and sentiment KPIs.
Act as the primary owner of Modo Casino’s organic voice — from tone and content cadence to tactical activations and channel priorities.
Oversee all Modo Casino social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
Guide and mentor a team of social and community specialists to ensure high-quality execution and consistency across channels.
Design and implement strategies to grow and engage a passionate community across forums, social groups, Discord, Reddit, etc.
Actively monitor and respond to community sentiment and trends.
Build programs that reward advocacy, celebrate superfans, and foster loyalty.
Monitor and manage brand reputation across platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, and app reviews, using insights to improve user experience and drive positive public sentiment.
Collaborate with support and product to close the loop on common complaints or praise.
Track and report on engagement, follower growth, sentiment trends, and organic conversion metrics.
Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and adapt accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to align organic strategy with influencer campaigns, retention efforts, and content partnerships.
Work with product, creative, and support to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of launches or product updates.
Requirements
5–7+ years in social media, community, or brand marketing roles
Demonstrated success growing communities and social channels from strategy to execution
Experience managing or mentoring content creators, social media specialists, or community managers
Deep platform fluency across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit
Proven ability to translate data into insights — skilled in analytics tools like native platform insights, Looker, Sprout, etc.
Excellent writing, communication, and editorial judgment
Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and remote-first team
Passion for gaming, online entertainment, or lifestyle communities
Experience in social gaming, online casino, or mobile gaming industries
Experience integrating influencer or affiliate content into organic strategies
Familiarity with reputation platforms like Trustpilot, Sprout Social
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
