Product Manager

• Lead one or more cross-functional sub-teams within the Modo product portfolio, owning strategy, execution, and delivery.
• Define and communicate clear product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to build and launch high-impact features.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements based on data, research, and business input.
• Drive initiatives using agile product development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze user behavior, A/B tests, and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own KPIs and reporting for product success; continuously monitor and improve product performance.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and help develop scalable product processes as the team grows.

Administrative Assistant

• Manage daily office operations including vendor relationships, supplies, mail/packages, and facility maintenance
• Serve as the main point of contact for building management, service providers, and office-related employee questions
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and team events/catering for onsite staff
• Manage office events calendar and partner closely with our Employee Experience Manager on company wide events
• Support executive scheduling and on-site needs, including preparing for leadership visits and hosting
• Partner with IT and People Ops on office setup and safety protocols
• Own security procedures and emergency plans
• Maintain current office policies and procedures
• Process office expense orders and submit invoices

Office Manager

Video Editor

• Edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and product promotions
• Bring static assets to life with motion graphics, text animations, and transitions
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to align visuals with campaign goals and brand voice
• Optimize content for performance across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Stay on top of video trends, gaming content formats, and creative best practices
• Adapt and iterate edits based on performance metrics and creative feedback
• Maintain organized video asset libraries and project files
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion content.

User Researcher

• Build and lead the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program for Modo Casino
• Develop scalable systems to collect and organize player feedback across surveys, interviews, reviews, social channels, support interactions, and gameplay experiences
• Create closed-loop feedback processes to ensure player insights drive action
• Serve as the internal advocate for the player perspective across departments
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative player research to understand behaviors, motivations, frustrations, and engagement drivers
• Design and execute player interviews, usability testing, surveys, focus groups, and concept validation sessions
• Partner with Product and UX teams to validate new features, promotions, events, and player experiences
• Analyze trends across retention data, player behavior, support tickets, sentiment, and customer feedback
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, retention, monetization, VIP experiences, and overall player satisfaction
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, VIP, Data, Fraud/Risk, and Player Operations teams
• Support roadmap prioritization and strategic decision-making through player insights
• Present research findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership teams
• Develop dashboards and reporting around customer sentiment and player experience metrics
• Track KPIs including NPS, CSAT, retention, engagement, loyalty, and player satisfaction
• Monitor competitor experiences and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities
• Deliver actionable insights that improve the overall player journey and business performance.

• Execute ARB’s legislative strategy and messaging in coordination with partners.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between government affairs and key internal teams.
• Regularly brief stakeholders on legislative and regulatory developments.
• Advocate on behalf of the company and its customers before policymakers.
• Interpret complex legislation and assess business impacts.
• Oversee ongoing legislative monitoring and analysis.
• Actively participate at high-impact industry events, conferences, and forums.
