Video Editor

• Cut and assemble short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok; add motion graphics, text overlays, music, and transitions to drive performance
• Collaborate on creative strategy; write ad hooks, script video flows, and storyboard concepts
• Assist with or lead shoots when needed—lifestyle, product, or UGC-style
• Handle post-production: color grading, sound, exporting; ensure videos are optimized by platform
• Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and designers to bring concepts to life
• Maintain footage libraries, edit logs, and project files to keep projects organized and moving fast
• Bring fresh ad concepts, spot trends, and suggest new styles or editing techniques based on market performance

Project Manager

• Own day-to-day project management for client accounts
• Build and maintain Asana boards (or equivalent) to manage creative and media workflows
• Coordinate tasks between content creators, editors, and media team
• Ensure deadlines are met and proactively resolve bottlenecks
• Act as the main point of contact for a set of key client accounts
• Lead weekly client calls, share performance recaps, and handle inbound requests
• Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams
• Organize creative sprints and develop briefs based on client strategy
• Maintain visibility across multiple accounts and deliverables
• Create systems that help the team scale without sacrificing quality
• Manage the flow of assets between creators, editors, and clients
• Keep our internal asset library organized and easy to navigate
