About the role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Magento to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence strategic marketing decisions and highlight opportunities for growth
- Implement and manage tracking mechanisms in partnership with marketing technology platforms, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and integrity
- Design and manage analytics frameworks to map customer journeys, identifying opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell, and improved conversion
- Conduct SEO analysis and reporting with SEMRush, including keyword research, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations to refine Prosci’s search strategy
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Data Governance teams to align insights with business objectives and uphold best practices in data management
- Provide training and support to regional teams to ensure consistent understanding and application of analytics globally
- Contribute to Prosci’s Global Brand Reputation Study and stay ahead of industry trends by integrating new tools, technologies, and practices into the analytics strategy

- Deep understanding of eCommerce analytics, optimization, and compliance to drive the self-service funnel and ensure data privacy across global operations
- Skilled in data visualization and analysis using Looker Studio, Power BI, predictive modeling, and statistical forecasting
- Experienced in customer journey and campaign tracking, with the ability to measure performance and user behavior across platforms
- Knowledgeable in data integration and management best practices, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless connections between systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 for creating clear, impactful reports and marketing operations documents
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4–7 years of relevant experience working on a marketing team focused on analytics, with global/cross-functional project exposure
- Demonstrated success in building a culture of data-driven decision-making
