About the role

  • Join Spark Shipping, a fully remote team helping eCommerce retailers automate supplier connections.
  • Handle inbound leads via email, chat, and phone; answer pre-sales questions and host 1-on-1 demos (no cold calling).
  • Qualify high-value prospects and refer them to a Sales Executive; assist Customer Success with user onboarding and support.
  • Will be trained to become a product expert and help prospects and users adopt the platform.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities: answer pre-sales questions, provide demos, qualify prospects, assist support team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience working for a B2B SaaS company in a sales or support role
  • eCommerce experience
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay
  • Must be based in North America — please DO NOT APPLY if you’re outside North America
  • Experience working remotely
  • Nice-to-have: Experience using multi-channel software, warehouse/inventory management software, PIM software, or Amazon/eBay listing software
  • Nice-to-have: Sales experience specific to B2B SaaS
