• Lead Product Marketing Strategy: Define and execute product marketing efforts that align with overall business objectives, ensuring strategic priorities support revenue growth and market expansion.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Ownership: Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions, from initial concept to post-launch optimization.
• Develop Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers and drive demand.
• Act as the Market & Competitive Expert: Become the voice of the customer and the expert on our target market. Lead research to deeply understand market trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape to inform and refine our strategies.
• Manage Pricing & Packaging: Partner with key stakeholders to develop and refine our pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Champion Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop high-impact sales enablement materials, including product training, battlecards, and demo scripts.

Senior Director, Product Marketing

Accounts Receivable

• Manage Accounts Receivable operations: process payments (ACH/checks) and maintain financial records in Maxio and NetSuite.
• Coordinate local deposits: visit Jacksonville Beach office 2-3 times per week to process incoming mail and deposit checks at the bank or lockbox.
• Drive customer collections and resolution: send collection emails and partner with Customer Success Managers to resolve outstanding balances and billing questions.
• Provide billing support: serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and manage the billing inbox.
• Maintain financial data integrity: monitor Accounts Receivable aging, generate bi-weekly reports for management, and ensure records are audit-ready.
• Process Accounts Payable: assist with AP transactions, ensure proper three-way match and adherence to company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and reporting: perform basic monthly reconciliations and assist with ad-hoc financial reporting as needed.
• Support general finance and office admin: assist with internal and external audits, handle incoming mail, and support People Operations with administrative tasks.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the People team and contribute to a positive employee experience
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and support tickets, providing timely and empathetic responses
• Help manage onboarding workflows and paperwork, prepare new hire documents, conduct initial orientations
• Support recruiting by reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate screen calls, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with benefits administration including enrollment, changes, terminations, reconciliation, and employee support
