• Own the full sales cycle for SMB healthcare accounts. Focus on winning a high volume of new deals, moving prospects quickly from initial touch to closed/won.
• Responsible for building your own pipeline from scratch. Execute a high-volume outbound motion, including cold calling and email sequences, to reach decision-makers across the country.
• Conduct effective discovery calls and product demos that highlight immediate ROI. Manage a large number of active opportunities at once, ensuring no lead goes cold.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers, typically HR Managers or Practice Administrators, and guide them through a simplified vendor selection process.
• Maintain a consistent 3x qualified pipeline. Use our CRM daily to track your activities and ensure you are meeting the volume requirements to hit your monthly and quarterly targets.

Customer Success Manager

• Build deep partnerships with C-level and clinical stakeholders to ensure Immuware supports their specific organizational health and compliance goals.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, partnering with Sales to create growth plans that increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Develop customized success plans and monitor health indicators like product adoption and ROI while proactively intervening at the first sign of churn risk or declining usage.
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer" for the Immuware product team, translating client feedback into actionable insights to help shape our product roadmap.
• Manage complex customer challenges by coordinating with Support and Engineering, leading the strategy to resolve high-stakes issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Become an expert in the Immuware platform and the broader occupational health landscape, educating customers on best practices and new feature releases.

Product Manager

• Define and evangelize the product vision for your domain. You will own the roadmap, making strategic trade-offs between long-term impact, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve content discovery, recommendation algorithms, and search relevance. You will drive features like gamification, certificates, and Q&A to increase course completion rates.
• Build tools and analytics that empower instructors to create high-quality content, manage their students, and maximize their earnings on the platform.
• Act as a champion for AI-driven features. You will lead the implementation of personalized learning assistants, auto-generated quizzes, and AI-driven localization (like dubbing) to keep our platform at the cutting edge.
• Lead and influence a dedicated team of engineers and designers while aligning with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Finance to ensure product success.
• Translate market research and user feedback into high-quality PRDs, epics, and user stories. You will also mentor junior PMs to improve the team's overall effectiveness.
