About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and redesign of full application experiences across CE Broker
Conduct and synthesize user research to understand needs and pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile
Build production-quality front-end code for designs using React and Tailwind CSS
Use Claude Design to efficiently move from design to working code
Own and extend the design system including components and documentation
Lead design-engineering discussions on interaction patterns and architecture
Ensure ADA compliance and best practices across deliverables
Stay current on UX and AI tooling trends and adopt what is beneficial.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 to 7 years of experience as a UX/product designer
Strong portfolio of shipped products
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, Figma is a plus
Front-end development skills using React and Tailwind CSS
Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools, including Claude Design
Experience building and maintaining design systems
Strong grasp of user-centered design and product thinking
Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
