Account Executive

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts, delivering proactive communication, strategic clarity, and thoughtful guidance.
• Lead client discovery, quarterly planning, and strategic alignment conversations that connect marketing activity to traveler intent, demand seasonality, and business goals.
• Serve as the unified voice across cross-service engagements, ensuring Propellic delivers a cohesive, integrated marketing approach rooted in travel industry expertise.
• Partner with Paid Media and SEO Directors/Managers to translate client goals into coordinated media, creative, and analytics initiatives.
• Review performance insights and reporting to surface meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate them clearly to marketing and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and manage scopes, budgets, capacity planning, and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with contracted obligations and client expectations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client needs and maturity; partner with Sales on scoping and solution shaping.
• Facilitate internal coordination across paid media, creative, SEO, analytics, and operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently and on strategy.
• Lead QBRs, roadmap discussions, and executive-level presentations that demonstrate outcomes and future opportunities.
• Mentor delivery team members on communication, client management, and strategic thinking; contribute to internal documentation and best practices.
• Bring travel-specific insights such as audience behavior, competitive landscape, demand patterns, to shape stronger, more efficient marketing approaches.

Account Director

Performance Marketing

• Lead multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV), ensuring strategic approach and flawless execution.
• Own client relationships end-to-end: act as the main point of contact, deliver proactive updates, and translate performance into actionable business insights.
• Develop and integrate creative strategies, aligning ad copy, visuals, and formats with audience intent and campaign goals.
• Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., AI Max, predictive bidding, dynamic creative optimization) to enhance speed, accuracy, and campaign performance.
• Proactively test and pilot new platforms, tools, and ad formats—documenting and scaling what works.
• Provide consultative guidance to C-level travel stakeholders, simplifying complex optimization rationales.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client objectives and support sales in scoping.
• Mentor Paid Media Managers, contribute to internal SOPs, and champion department-wide testing frameworks.
• Share case studies, AI learnings, media and creative insights through Propellic thought-leadership initiatives.

Senior Paid Media Manager

SEO Marketing

• Serve as the key point of contact for high-value SEO clients, owning project planning, delivery, and results.
• Design strategies that balance SEO fundamentals with GEO and AI-driven visibility.
• Act as a client-facing consultant and internal knowledge expert; simplify complex ideas, foster relationships, and elevate skills of SEO Managers and new hires.
• Craft dual-path strategic roadmaps aligning SEO fundamentals with GEO deliverables and AI visibility KPIs.
• Design creative solutions that meet client business objectives within scope and budget.
• Research, test, and integrate emerging AI search features (AI Overviews, Generative Search, Google AI Mode, Bing Copilot).
• Deliver quarterly strategy decks tied directly to client business goals and North Star metrics.
• Manage end-to-end SEO deliverables across technical, content, and link-building initiatives.
• Execute GEO-specific deliverables: AI readiness audits, entity presence analysis, Preferred Source monitoring, and content passage refreshes.
• Ensure 95%+ on-time delivery and client acceptance of all deliverables.
• Produce at least one client case study every six months, highlighting measurable SEO and AI-driven results.
• Act as the primary point of contact and project manager for assigned accounts; listen to client goals, align them with deliverables, and proactively pitch new opportunities.
• Support sales with audits, recommendations, and scope expansions.
• Incorporate GEO/AI insights into every quarterly business review (QBR).
• Lead client meetings with agendas, recaps, and proactive updates; coordinate timelines with Link Building, Paid Media, and other departments.
• Respond to all client messages within 24 business hours.

• Own strategy, execution, and performance across multi-platform paid media campaigns for travel clients.

• Build and iterate on GPT agents, prompt libraries, and AI workflows to personalize, scale, and enhance marketing performance; prototype growth experiments using automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, N8N) or lightweight scripting.
• Automate repetitive marketing workflows such as reporting, content repurposing, campaign QA, and CRM enrichment.
• Oversee all internal marketing efforts across digital channels, including content marketing, PR, thought leadership, and website optimization; develop and execute B2B demand generation strategy.
• Optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation for lead nurturing, conversion tracking, and sales enablement; develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards.
• Create repeatable playbooks and internal utilities that multiply the productivity of SDR, Paid Media, Creative, and other teams.
• Collaborate with department leads to translate campaign hypotheses into testable, trackable, and scalable experiments; stay on the edge of emerging growth tech and AI trends and integrate new solutions.
• Spearhead the agency’s event strategy, webinars, speaking engagements, whitepapers, and strategic industry relationships to drive business growth.
