• Deliver quarterly strategy decks tied directly to client business goals and North Star metrics.
• Manage end-to-end SEO deliverables across technical, content, and link-building initiatives.
• Execute GEO-specific deliverables: AI readiness audits, entity presence analysis, Preferred Source monitoring, and content passage refreshes.
• Ensure 95%+ on-time delivery and client acceptance of all deliverables.
• Produce at least one client case study every six months, highlighting measurable SEO and AI-driven results.
• Act as the primary point of contact and project manager for assigned accounts; listen to client goals, align them with deliverables, and proactively pitch new opportunities.
• Support sales with audits, recommendations, and scope expansions.
• Incorporate GEO/AI insights into every quarterly business review (QBR).
• Lead client meetings with agendas, recaps, and proactive updates; coordinate timelines with Link Building, Paid Media, and other departments.
• Respond to all client messages within 24 business hours.
