About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts, delivering proactive communication, strategic clarity, and thoughtful guidance.
  • Lead client discovery, quarterly planning, and strategic alignment conversations that connect marketing activity to traveler intent, demand seasonality, and business goals.
  • Serve as the unified voice across cross-service engagements, ensuring Propellic delivers a cohesive, integrated marketing approach rooted in travel industry expertise.
  • Partner with Paid Media and SEO Directors/Managers to translate client goals into coordinated media, creative, and analytics initiatives.
  • Review performance insights and reporting to surface meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate them clearly to marketing and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage scopes, budgets, capacity planning, and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with contracted obligations and client expectations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client needs and maturity; partner with Sales on scoping and solution shaping.
  • Facilitate internal coordination across paid media, creative, SEO, analytics, and operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently and on strategy.
  • Lead QBRs, roadmap discussions, and executive-level presentations that demonstrate outcomes and future opportunities.
  • Mentor delivery team members on communication, client management, and strategic thinking; contribute to internal documentation and best practices.
  • Bring travel-specific insights such as audience behavior, competitive landscape, demand patterns, to shape stronger, more efficient marketing approaches.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in client service, account management, or strategic roles within a digital or performance agency.
  • Deep understanding of paid media, commercial strategy, and digital marketing holistically.
  • Travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing experience required.
  • Exceptional communicator—clear, confident, and able to simplify complex concepts for all stakeholders.
  • Skilled at managing scopes, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Comfortable leading conversations with C-level executives and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinker who can translate data into business-level insights and narratives.
  • Proactive, organized, and highly accountable—anticipating needs before they’re raised.
  • Experience collaborating on integrated planning across media, creative, analytics, and technology.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. or ability to contract internationally.
  • Ability to travel internationally on business as needed.
