About the role
- Identify and engage potential clients for our marketing, staffing, and sales services
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our sales team

- Manage and nurture relationships to drive conversions
- Work Monday - Friday | 6:00 p.m - 2:30 a.m | Remote
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business development, specifically in marketing, staffing, or sales services
- Strong B2B sales skills you know how to sell services that drive business growth
- A self-starter who can prospect, qualify, and close deals
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to hit and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work Monday - Friday | 6:00 p.m - 2:30 a.m
