About the role
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
- Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and assess prospect fit
- Provide support to Account Executive team as needed
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Cold call prospects from various sources
- Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions
- Report to Manager, Outbound Sales Development; part of Sales team; Location: EMEA; Start date: As soon as possible
Requirements
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo is a plus)
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and excellent listening skills
- Positive and energetic phone presence
- Strategic and tactical thinking; resilience to criticism and rejection
- Strong sense of urgency, self-starter, proactive and brings new ideas
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Demonstrated success in SDR key responsibilities
- Writes and speaks fluent English and German
- Remote work experience not required but considered a plus
