About the role
- Provide inbound customer service via phone (no B2B)
- Work rotative afternoon/night schedules from 3pm to 12 am
- 40 hours per week with 2 days off (Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday)
- Attend paid training (from 12 pm to 9 pm)
- Meet performance expectations (eligible for performance and night shift bonuses)
Requirements
- English Level (Advanced)
- Call Center previous experience is a plus
