About the role
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure their success and a positive customer experience
- Partner with management in guiding the team towards achieving maximum efficiency and overall effectiveness
- Monitor metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to improve representative's productivity
- Assist with one-on-one meetings, weekly meetings, and coaching sessions
- Identify trends and recommend appropriate solutions to improve performance and promote engagement
- Support employee engagement with use of reward and recognition tools
- Collaborate with and help support teams to reach business growth
- Perform additional functions as assigned by direct manager
Requirements
- 3 or more years of collections experience (B2B collections experience is a plus)
- 1 or more years of leadership experience
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for working with diverse types of technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partners
- Comfort with a dynamic work environment and a demonstrated ability to adapt to change are crucial attributes
