💰 $110,000 - $130,000 per year
About the role
- Lead complex client engagements to operationalize customer centricity and drive business outcomes
- Manage all phases of engagements including project management, creation of deliverables, storytelling, and client management
- Act as Project Manager on complex engagements independently and consult on simple to moderately complex studies
- Discuss complex business and research issues with clients and build strong client relationships
- Create analysis plans, find relevant data, synthesize insights, and convey stories in a compelling way
- Adopt and apply storytelling process to produce impactful deliverables and present clearly and influence stakeholders
- Independently develop proposals (scoping, pricing, deliverable creation) and support account goals
- Lead and mentor engagement teams, set expectations, delegate, and hold team members accountable
- Provide internal training and train clients in methodologies and research recommendations
- Oversee financial goals and profitability of engagements
Requirements
- Demonstrates well-rounded research skills – strong quantitative (statistical) skills
- Experience with research approaches for surveying/interviewing consumers, staff, B2B audiences, including telephone, online, and mail methodologies
- Demonstrated engagement leadership skills including motivating team members, mentoring junior staff, collaboration skills, ability to take initiative
- Client interface experience including the proven ability to discuss and understand a client’s complex business and research objectives, build rapport, and gain client trust
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage complex engagements independently from start to finish
- Ability to create analysis plans, apply storytelling process, and create impactful deliverables and presentations
- Ability to develop proposals including scoping, pricing and deliverable creation
- Financial oversight experience for engagement profitability
- Ability to generate additional business through client service
