About the role
- Generate leads and build pipeline through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify prospects by understanding needs, business environment, and event participation goals
- Support sales of digital and physical events in the APAC region
- Collaborate with client teams to refine sales strategies and qualification processes
- Conduct market research, database management, and reporting to support business objectives
- Manage all activity through CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting pipeline status, market trends, and key conversations
Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages an advantage
- Previous experience in field marketing, events, or sales development
- Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven role
- Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset)
