About the role

  • Generate leads and build pipeline through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify prospects by understanding needs, business environment, and event participation goals
  • Support sales of digital and physical events in the APAC region
  • Collaborate with client teams to refine sales strategies and qualification processes
  • Conduct market research, database management, and reporting to support business objectives
  • Manage all activity through CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
  • Prepare weekly reports highlighting pipeline status, market trends, and key conversations

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Additional languages an advantage
  • Previous experience in field marketing, events, or sales development
  • Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven role
  • Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset)
