About the role

  • Full-time on-site role located in Lahore District reporting to the Sales Development Manager.
  • Prospect, qualify, and create opportunities for Account Executives and Sales Managers through consultative outreach and targeted strategies.
  • Manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline, generating sales qualified leads and setting appointments with potential clients.
  • Conduct proactive engagement and strategic research to identify decision-makers and target accounts.
  • Use multiple outreach channels (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, SMS) and sales tools to drive pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and an up-to-date database of ICPs.

Requirements

  • Identify and engage new leads by targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and understanding their needs.
  • Build a consistent, qualified pipeline to create opportunities for discovery calls with Sales Managers.
  • Set 1-3 qualified discovery calls daily.
  • Utilize multiple prospecting techniques: cold calling; email campaigns; social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Leverage sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage lead interactions and track progress.
  • Conduct strategic research to identify key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, CMOs) at target companies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and discovery calls.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of ICPs for efficient prospecting.
  • Experience in a technology or software company is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in the EMEA market.
  • Proven success in prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation, with measurable results (quota attainment, reduced sales cycles).
  • Strong "hunter mentality," driven to engage high-value leads proactively and effectively.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, G-Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, adaptable, and self-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
