Engineering Manager

• Lead & code: Own technical direction while contributing code (design, implementation, code reviews) across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows

Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Assist in preparation of certain schedules and disclosures used in SEC reporting (10-Q and 10-K) and supporting tie-out procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors on various 10-Q and 10-K supporting schedules
• Prepare quarterly debt covenant compliance calculations and related reporting
• Prepare interim and annual disclosure checklists and supplemental schedules to ensure compliance with requirements (GAAP, 10-K and SEC annual shareholders checklists)
• Prepare quarterly earnings releases in collaboration with the Investor Relations department
• Assist in preparation of annual 401(k) plan financial statements, 11-K, and Proxy
• Coordinate with key internal stakeholders for the drafting of the description of business, industry overview, business strategy, and risk factors of the Form 10-K and 10-Q
• Assist with the preparation of Board and executive management financial reporting presentations
• Prepare sections of the Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), working closely with FP&A and operational management
• Coordinate with HR and Legal departments to timely prepare and/or review all Section 16 officer and director beneficial ownership forms (Forms 3, 4 and 5)
• Ensure compliance with key financial reporting SOX controls
• Assist with accounting for stock-based compensation
• Maintain the financial reporting process and procedures documentation
• Coordinate key executive certifications quarterly and prepare certification reporting for the audit committee

• Lead and manage teams responsible for networks, cloud infrastructure, data centers and IT service management

• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Hold high standards for achieving availability of all teams
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues
• Work closely with Information security team to Implement IT security policies and best practices to protect company data and systems
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT infrastructure services

• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and their leadership, to drive margin and improve the store’s operational efficiency

Application Engineer

• Identify areas for improvement in our current CI/CD pipeline and design, implement, and maintain security enhancements
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure security controls and tooling are integrated into the SDLC

Senior Application Security Engineer

Product Manager

• Support the vision and roadmap for integrated retail products, including dev tools, APIs, SDKs, and plug-ins, ensuring alignment with the Group Product Manager’s strategy
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation, and consumer experience teams to gather feedback, prioritize needs, and ensure product initiatives address retailer and partner requirements
