Art Director

• Partner directly with the ECD on ideation, concepting, and creative strategy — the thinking partner who helps turn vision into direction
• Bring wild, well-reasoned ideas to the table and have the skills to execute them yourself

• Provide direct, actionable feedback that makes the work better every single time
• Design campaign assets from brief to final — digital, social, OOH, CRM, product touchpoints
• Animate TV spots, social content and create motion systems from scratch (Not An Option)
• Build 3D assets — Blender proficiency strongly preferred
• Concept and write alongside copy when the brief demands it — scripts, taglines, platforms

Group Art Director

Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute to architecture: Participate in team-level architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs and proposing solutions grounded in deep understanding of the system.
• Own feature development: Take ownership of features end-to-end — from technical design through delivery — breaking complex projects into well-scoped, deliverable pieces.
• Write high-quality code: Produce Go code that is idiomatic, performant, well-tested, and raises the bar for the code-base.
• Improve quality proactively: Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance, reliability, and developer experience — and act on them.

Software Engineer III – GO

• Architect and implement complex features and interaction flows in our React Native app that are performant, accessible, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex features end-to-end — from product requirements through deployment and monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize rendering, reduce bundle size, and improve the overall responsiveness of the mobile app.
• Propose and drive architectural decisions for your team’s mobile features, evaluating tradeoffs and communicating recommendations clearly.
• Provide hands-on mentorship to Software Engineers I, II, and III on your team and in the organization through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Define, advocate for, and improve best practices around component architecture, testing, accessibility, and mobile deployment for your team.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineering teams to translate product goals into well-scoped technical solutions.
